On May 6 of last year, this 28-year-old resident of Turfland Avenue, Royton, Oldham, was recorded zooming down the A62 Oldham Road in Ancoats at a staggering speed of 76 mph, far exceeding the posted limit of 30 mph. But here's where it gets controversial: just over half an hour later, she was again caught on camera traveling in the opposite direction at a speed of 61 mph. Following these violations, Jalal found herself in court on January 28, where the results were anything but lenient.
